Favad Bajaria has obtained favorable resolutions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex business litigation matters, including cases relating to fraud, receivership, negligence, breach of contract, employment law, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Favad also has a broad base of bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and work-out experience representing debtors and creditors. Prior to joining Looper Reed & McGraw, Favad interned for The Honorable Walter S. Smith for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
