Jason Emmitte focuses his practice on oil, gas and mineral law transactions. Mr. Emmitte’s practice includes preparation of original, drillsite, supplemental and acquisition title opinions in conjunction with oil, gas and mineral properties throughout Texas. Mr. Emmitte also provides sound legal counsel for clients on leasing, title acquisition and compliance issues, the application of joint operating agreements, participation agreements, purchase sale agreements, farm-out agreements and other title instruments which include assignments, unit designations and deeds.  Mr. Emmitte is licensed to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania.
