Assisted in successful defense of debt settlement company in trade secret and breach of contract lawsuit.

Successfully obtained multiple temporary restraining orders in separate breach of contract actions, as well as in tortuous interference claims.

Drafted and obtained summary judgment in defense of a school district on claims of age discrimination in Federal District Court.
Successfully defended residential tenant in lease dispute with landlord and, after a bench trial, obtained judgment in favor of residential tenant against the landlord.
