Ken represents clients in cases involving issues related to malpractice and other healthcare related claims. Ken has worked with a variety of different types of healthcare providers including individual physicians, physician groups, hospitals, nursing homes and dialysis centers. Ken is also very active in the representation of churches, religious organizations, business operators, land owners and individuals in regard to sexual torts (sexual molestation or sexual assault claims) and death claims asserted against his clients. Further, Ken has handled personal injury and commercial litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, construction cases, product liability cases, roofing cases, as well as assorted other professional negligence claims. Ken has handled cases in numerous states and tried cases both in Texas and Oklahoma during his career.
