Lindsey concentrates her commercial real estate practice in the preparation and negotiation of commercial retail and office, and single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial leases.  In addition to tailoring triple-net and gross leases to meet the needs of the parties, she has represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation process and guided them through questions pertaining to leases, subleases, assignments, terminations and amendments.  She has extensive experience in the review and negotiation of lease-related documentation between landlords, tenants, and banks, including landlord lien subordinations, non-disturbance agreements, personal guaranties, and letters of credit.

In addition to her primary leasing practice, Lindsey assists her clients with myriad real estate and business matters, including the creation and maintenance of limited liability companies, the purchase and sale of real property, franchise agreements, asset sales and ancillary contractual arrangements.  Throughout this process, she leverages her financial background to provide practical legal advice for commercial enterprise both large and small.
