• Successfully obtained injunctions against employers related to non-competition agreements
• Negotiated successful settlements of disputes arising from non-competition agreements
• Successfully defended race, sex, and disability claims for large and medium sized corporations in and around North Texas
• Regularly prepare and revise employment policies and employee handbooks for employers across the state
• Prepared numerous employment agreements for at-will and contract employees in various fields of business including health care, sales, software development

Commercial Litigation

• Recovered five judgments in excess of 1/2 million dollars in commercial real estate and contract disputes.
• Successfully defended multi-million dollar clients in breach of contract, deceptive trade, foreclosure, and personal injury litigation.
• Successfully defended appeals to the Texas Supreme Court on matters of real estate and arbitration.
• Part of litigation team for Estate of Albert Strangi v. Commissioner, a multi-million dollar test case in the U.S. Tax Court and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals against the IRS involving family limited partnerships.
