Additionally, his practice also includes providing general advice and counsel to oil and gas operators on an array of issues.

Representation of oil and gas exploration companies in the negotiation and preparation of a vast array of mineral development documents, including leases, assignments, title curative documents, farm-outs, joint operating agreements, surface use and damage agreements, and rights-of-ways and easements.
