Paul's practice covers general corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on registered securities offerings and private placements, largely in the energy and natural resources industries. His capital markets experience includes representation of both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities of oil and natural gas exploration, natural gas pipeline, and shipping companies. Paul also counsels companies in connection with periodic reporting, insider/ownership reporting and corporate governance issues.
