Upon graduation from law school, Preston Kamin joined Looper Reed & McGraw's Litigation section in the spring of 2008. Preston is a graduate of South Texas College of Law where he was an assistant articles editor of the South Texas Law Review. Preston interned for the Honorable John D. Rainey, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He concentrates his practice on general commercial and business litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He is also a certified mediator.

First-chaired a successful bench trial for a furniture retailer involving an allegedly defective mattress. The judge awarded Mr. Kamin's client a take-nothing judgment, plus his client's attorney's fees.

Obtained several favorable settlements and judgments for a successful real estate developer.
