Tyanne has over 23 years of experience as a Paralegal, and 21 of those years with the Houston office of Looper, Reed & McGraw. Her responsibilities include: Attorney and Client assistance with Corporate Compliance and Governance, Entity Management, Due Diligence and Litigation Support (i.e. state and tax filings, statutory representation, registered agent services, UCC filings, formation and organizational documentation, trial research and document preparation, etc.), Banking/Loan and Commercial Real Estate Transactions (i.e., purchases, sales, 1031 exchanges, financing, property management, etc.), and County, State, Federal and IRS document preparation and filings.  Tyanne is currently working on a part-time contractual basis for Looper Reed & McGraw.
