In practice for over twenty years, Mr. Rhodes is a seasoned trial attorney with an extensive practice throughout the State of Texas. He has also represented the interests of his clients in Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland and Massachusetts. His practice areas include complex commercial matters, business torts, contract disputes, product liability, premise liability and contractor liability. Further, his practice also focuses on toxic torts including asbestos, silica, welding rod, benzene and mold, personal injury, general liability, insurance and litigation assessment. Mr. Rhodes’ clients include corporations with an international, national and regional presence, business institutions, insurers and individuals. Throughout the years, Mr. Rhodes has established a reputation with his fellow attorneys, judges and clients for excellence, integrity and efficiency. Mr. Rhodes was born on August 21, 1961 in Laurel, Mississippi. He has resided in Houston since 1984. Mr. Rhodes and his wife are the proud parents of three (3) sons. He is actively involved in various community and school activities.
