In addition to litigating complex, commercial matters in state and federal courts in Texas and other states, Bill has also represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, and has represented companies seeking to resolve creditor disputes without the necessity of filing bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Bill has represented a number of investors in establishing new ventures and pursuing general business transactions.

• Represented plaintiffs in $75 Million class action securities settlement relating to fraud in real estate limited partnership offerings.
• Represented international investment banking firm in complex litigation involving fraud in securitized commercial mortgage transactions.

• Represented securities clients of brokerage firm in multi-million dollar arbitration for unauthorized trading.
• Represented aircraft maintenance and repair firm in litigation with former director over alleged oral indemnification agreement.

• Represented various investors in purchases of assets from bankruptcy proceedings, including patents and aircraft maintenance and repair facilities.
